358/365 “After The Storm” A giant willow in our backyard came down in a storm a couple weeks ago, I just now decided to put a mattress in it.
This is fantastic.

I own an owl onesie. I feel awesome. A proper image of it will appear soon, it started raining before I could go outside and shoot so instead you get a grumpy owl who wants the rain to go away.
This is my bedroom in my Nanna’s house. I will be doing a little shoot of things and windows in this house because I love it so much. Particularly the picture beside the light switch - a pencil sketch of my great grandfather. But more about that later. :)
A Very Strange Place To Sleep
#1 My Back Garden
A new self portrait series. Inspired by the amazing Lissy Elle and the whims of my bedding. Click through for the album, which will slowly be updated with each new photo. This will happen in some very public places. Watch this space.
This was done in about ten minutes. I had to do it quickly in case of rain and before that I had to wait for the ground to dry - the joys of living in England. I love the rain but I didn’t particularly want my bedding to get muddy at this precise point in time. There may be a time when I do.
I was in bed when I thought to do this. I couldn’t sleep for the ideas bombarding my brain, my fingers are tingling with a want to create - scrap that, a need to create. Perhaps I decided to do this because I don’t get much sleep a lot of the time - it is like sleeping in random, not-so-comfortable places even if I am really comfy.
So yes. This is the fruit of a night which started sleepless and ended with some very strange dreams. All of which turned out to be somewhat unnerving.
